Josh Stonko is a Republican running in the District 42c election for the Maryland House of Delegates. Josh grew up in North Carroll where he attended Manchester Elementary, North Carroll Middle, North Carroll High, and Manchester Valley. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He previously worked for then-Senator, now retired Maryland Court of Appeals Chief Judge, Joe Getty, and Congressman Roscoe Bartlett, and ran for the legislature in 2014. For the past eight years, he has worked in the financial services industry. Josh has a strong track record of fighting for lower taxes, advocating for eliminating burdensome regulations, supporting law enforcement, and pushing for parental rights in education.
